Cancellation Policy
🏀 BallFriends Club – Policy 💜 • Bookings of each session are closed 1 hour before session • ⏰ If you’re unable to attend, please let us know or change your session at least 24 hours before your class. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. • ❌ Cancellations made within 24 hours before session or no-shows will result in one class credit being deducted. • ❗️ No promotions of other brands in class or venue • 💳 All sessions / packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. • ❤️ If you’re unwell, injured or travelling, please let us know as early as possible. We may offer make-up classes of the same week where appropriate. * If booking of a women's class is under a client which has an online profile on our website showing gender other than "female", bookings will be automatically cancelled with no refunds or changes provided Thank you for your understanding and support.
